Adam Hutchinson is a Quality and Compliance Reporting Analyst, who has worked in Speech Analytics for the last 2 years, helping implement Callminer from the very start of the project. Adam has a keen appreciation for the coaching opportunities that Callminer delivers, from time in the Billing contact centre and moving to an analytical role delivers great insight from Speech Analytics, from both customer and agent channels helping embed positive behaviours, improving efficiency and customer sentiment. Adam previously worked in finance, before moving to Anglian Water.
