Sophie Mofflin understands the importance of delivering great customer service and as an Operational Speech Analyst she works tirelessly to surface actionable insights that drive better contact centre behaviours and improved conversations. Now in her 8th year with the Business Sophie has developed a strong awareness of our customer needs having previously been responsible for supporting and guiding our complaint handling operation. Although relatively new in her current role she has been a contributory factor in her team reaching the Data, Analytics & Insight Forum Team of the Year finals for 2022.
