Adam Smith is currently responsible for implementing Speech Analytics within British Gas and its Services and Solutions business. Adam joined British Gas as Team Leader managing various teams and taking on several projects in a variety of areas. Adam has been with the business for 8 years after moving over from a financial services background and is currently rolling out numerous projects using Speech Analytics to help the business manage risk and regulatory compliance whilst improving customer service.
