Atiff Mazhar has been instrumental in embedding the use of Speech Analytics within British Gas and is currently responsible for the provision of a leading-edge insight and analysis service that supports performance improvement across a broad range of operational metrics. An experienced practitioner, Atiff is now in his 19th year with the Business and has developed a strong track record in the management of high performing teams across core activities ranging from MI delivery to resource management. His efforts and those of his team have also been externally recognised having been nominated as finalists in the Data, Analytics & Insight Forum awards for 2022.
