Eric Klipfel is currently Member of the Executive Committee, Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Solocal Group, in charge of commercial activities and customer operations.

Eric was Head of Business-To-Consumer at Altice, and Executive Director, Consumer at SFR.

Eric is convinced of the contribution of Analytics in business, and Speech Analytics in particular: “Markets are conversations”. Using CallMiner has allowed SoLocal to sell more and deliver better.
