As Product Analyst within the Product department at CallMiner, Liam is responsible for the research, creation, updating and the delivery of all Solutions. He has now been at CallMiner just over one year and is focused on expanding our current catalogue of content.

Prior to CallMiner, Liam spent nine years working for Direct Line Group, with 3 of these working within the speech analytics department, working closely on projects relating to Vulnerability, Automated QA and First Call Resolution.
